Joyce Hindle is a leadership coach and cultural architect for church leaders who want to serve well without losing themselves, and for the organizations that need them to last.

She came to this work the long way. Joyce began serving in the church at 16 as a Sunday school teacher, eventually leading ministries at every level, including a church plant, all while building her life around a vision of faithful, wholehearted service. When that chapter ended in ways she never expected, including a marriage that couldn't survive the truth of who she'd been walking alongside, she didn't walk away from the church. She walked deeper into her calling, carrying hard-won wisdom that no seminary could teach.

She also brings 30 years of business experience spanning finance, executive leadership, and operations, which means her coaching is as practical as it is transformative.

That combination is exactly why church leaders trust her. Through her group coaching program, Joyce works with ministry teams to dissolve leadership challenges at the root.
